• Pella Manor: Independent living residents enjoy private apartments with access to campus amenities and events.
• Fair Haven East: This campus empowers residents to live independently with some additional support services.
• The Cottages: Residents who benefit from more hands-on support live within a household setting, with private living and access to shared gathering and dining spaces

Hearthstone’s entry-fee model involves a one-time upfront payment that lowers your ongoing monthly service fees. Additionally, all residents are protected by The WesleyLife Promise: If you deplete your financial resources through no fault of your own, you will not be asked to leave your home or experience a reduction in care.
