We are excited to announce that Kelsey Mays has been named executive director of Fieldstone of DeWitt.
Over the past 10 months, Kelsey has served as Fieldstone’s interim executive director and administrator. She has led with compassion, built a strong new clinical team, and helped guide Fieldstone to a nursing-deficiency-free survey.
A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa in gerontology, Kelsey brings expertise, energy, and heart to her work. She is looking forward to making DeWitt her home and continuing to serve residents, families, and team members with dedication.
