When you Adopt-a-Route with WesleyLife Meals on Wheels, you provide so much more than just a meal. You and your team members will get to know the clients on your route and become a friend they look forward to seeing. And, because a volunteer might be the only person a client sees that day, your team may be a vital lifeline in the event of a medical emergency.
How to Adopt a Route
Contact our Team
We will work with you to find the perfect route for your team to adopt. There may even be one near your office! We will provide training resources for your team to feel confident on their route.
Get Started
Pick Up Meals
We'll prepare pre-packaged meals and delivery instructions for your team. Your adopted route will be consistent every time. You can choose to volunteer once a month, twice a month, once a week, or more!
Complete the Route
Volunteers from your team deliver meals in teams of two on a rotating schedule. Some routes are a quick 30 minutes, others are longer. Volunteering for a route fosters teamwork while giving back to to our community!
