1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to legal residents of the state of Iowa, United States, who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway starts on December 4, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on December 16, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (the "Giveaway Period").
• Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must submit a form on the giveaway post detailing who they will gift their Joy Journal to, their full name, email address, and mailing address.
• Each participant is allowed one entry per person.
• The first 50 entries will receive a free Joy Journal, which will be mailed to the address provided by the entrant.

4. Winner Selection:

• The first 50 eligible participants to enter will receive a Joy Journal, which will be mailed to the address provided.
• No additional winners will be selected beyond the first 50 entries.
• The Joy Journals are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

5. Prize:

• The first 50 eligible participants will each receive a Joy Journal, which will be mailed to the address they provide.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Notification:

• The first 50 participants will be notified via email within 7 days of their entry.

7. Claiming the Prize:

• Winners will be required to provide their full name, email address, and shipping address to claim their prize.

8. Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants grant WesleyLife the right to use their name, likeness, and entry in any promotional material related to the giveaway without additional compensation.
• By entering the giveaway, participants grant WesleyLife the right to contact them with marketing information via email and mail.

9. Facebook Disclaimer:

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to WesleyLife, not Facebook.
• By entering this giveaway, you release Facebook from any and all liability associated with this giveaway.

10. General Terms:

• WesleyLife reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules, is incomplete, or contains false or misleading information.
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• If the Giveaway is interrupted or cannot be conducted due to technical errors, fraud, or other causes beyond the control of WesleyLife, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway.

11. Privacy:

• Information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of this giveaway and future marketing communications in accordance with the WesleyLife privacy policy.
