Utilities

Include all utility bills, including gas, electricity, and water, as well as phone, sewage, trash, and recycling.

Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance

Include the monthly cost of homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.

Property Taxes and HOA Fees

Entertainment, Activities and Food

If not already included in your HOA costs, include the costs of lawn mowing, landscaping, snow removal, and any related services.

Pool or Hot Tub Care

If applicable, include the cost of routine maintenance and materials.

Annual Home Maintenance

Include annual maintenance costs for major systems and appliances, as well as the annual cost of home repairs.

Housekeeping

If applicable, include the cost of house cleaning, linen and laundry services.

Security System

Include up-front costs, such as the installation and activation of alarm equipment, as well as the average cost of monitoring services.

Gym or Health Club Membership

Include monthly or annual expenses for gym or health club memberships.

Transportation

Low cost transportation is available in our communities. Include current costs for your vehicle including insurance, car payments, maintenance, gas, repairs, and public transportation costs.

Current or Anticipated Home Care Costs
