Honor a Caregiver
Make a gift to show how much you value someone whose care has made a difference.

Great Care Inspires Giving
Our team members provide exceptional person-centered care experiences for those we serve.
If a WesleyLife caregiver has made a difference in your life or in the life of a family member of friend, one of the best ways to show appreciation is to donate in their honor.
Gifts to honor a caregiver can benefit any area of need at WesleyLife. You may choose to support a specific community or program, or give to the emergency or scholarship funds that support our team members. Any option will serve as a meaningful "thank you" to someone who has made a difference in your life or the life of someone you love.

How You Can Honor Caregivers
If you wish to honor a caregiver with a donation in their name, please look for the "Tribute Gift" section of the online donation form. Select the box, then choose "In Honor of" from the dropdown selection. Enter the name of the caregiver you would like to honor in the text box that appears.
When you select the designated fund for your gift, please consider sharing in the comments section your inspiration to give. We will share your story with your chosen caregiver when we honor them.
