Erin McGuire, far left, Lora Gladwin, middle, and Steffie McLaughlin have all obtained the certification.Also known as Certified Hospice Aides, these individuals serve clients under the supervision of a nurse and according to a plan of care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a variety of settings.
