Our hydroponic farmer — unique in the markets we serve — is key to our launch of the new WesleyLife Meals on Wheels campus, which will open near Drake University in Des Moines later this year. The farm will grow leafy greens to add to the meals we serve, increasing their nutritional content and providing an opportunity for visitors to enhance their awareness of this highly efficient means of crop production.

Aaron has served as an Urban Farm Manager, assisting in the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive greenhouse and hydroponic systems. He earned a degree in plant science from California Polytechnic Institute and has garnered extensive experience in non-soil-based growing systems. He also has worked as a horticulturist and as an aeroponic farmer as well. and includes 23 different crops in his hydroponic repertoire!

We're so glad you're here, Aaron!
