WesleyLife learned today it has been named one of the top five best workplaces in aging services -- nationally!
Fortune Top 20 Best Workplaces for Aging Services published its list this morning, with WesleyLife coming in at No. 5. WesleyLife was ninth on the list in 2020 and seventh last year.
"More than 200 large senior living organizations across the United States were included in the database of providers certified by Great Place to Work, so this quite an honor — and it’s in large part because of the dedication of our team members that we have received it," Rob Kretzinger, president and CEO of WesleyLife, said.
"We're thankful to those who place their trust in us as residents and clients, and it's because of our team members that we are able to create experiences that help them make the second half of life the best half. To see our team recognized this way is especially meaningful."
Kretzinger noted that WesleyLife participates in the annual Great Place to Work(R) survey because it measures trust the organization's leadership -- a fundamental priority. "Participating also allows us to benchmark against other senior living providers and make sure we are offering the highest-quality opportunities and experiences," Kretzinger said.
