WesleyLife Health Centers Receive Top Government Ratings

We are proud to announce that health centers in the majority of our Communities for Healthy Living received ratings of above average or highly above average -- the best possible ratings -- last week from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The CMS created the highly regarded "star" system to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare communities more easily. The CMS considers communities with 4- or 5-star designations to be leaders in the care they provide. Click here for a full list of scores and rankings.
