A redevelopment may soon be under way at The Village, A WesleyLife Community in Indianola!
The city's Planning and Zoning Commission last week approved plans for the refresh of the 32-year-old Community for Healthy Living, including adding new townhomes, a new culinary space, a new wellness pavilion, and a new entrance, among other enhanced amenities.
The project goes before the Indianola City Council next month. If the council grants its approval, WesleyLife leaders will work to determine specifics around the initiative, including a timeline.
