Although we are disappointed, our primary responsibility is helping to ensure the health and well-being of our clients, residents, team members, and guests, and we look forward to hosting next year’s event under healthier, safer circumstances for all. Despite the cancellation, however,** the need for increased financial support for WesleyLife Meals on Wheels continues. ** As you know, in 2020, the demand for meals in Greater Des Moines increased exponentially — and that degree of need continues as we near the end of 2021. Chances are you know an older adult or a military veteran who is nutritionally vulnerable. Our participants are often proud and don’t want to obligate those closest to them. **So we’re asking for your financial support to help ensure that we can continue to provide our existing and potential participants with hot, healthy meals and well-being checks.** Please consider being a part of this important work by filling out the form below to donate online now.
