A multi-disciplinary case planning team works with your physician, family members and social workers to ensure that you receive customized attention. Our Helpful Living apartments at the Austin Center provide the security you need, while encouraging the independent and active lifestyle you desire.
Our devotion to personalized care is part of our wellness philosophy, which is the core value to what makes every WesleyLife program special. Our mission is to provide options and support to help keep residents independent, healthy and engaged in life.
Austin Center Helpful Living:
- Private and semi-private rooms
- Personal furniture items and decorations encouraged
- Daily meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner
