Recruitment Process

All applicants interested in a position at WesleyLife must complete either an online application or a paper application (available from any of our locations).  As you consider applying, the you should expect to be asked to complete the following steps:

 

  • If you are applying online, you may search and apply for any of the posted positions in which you are interested.  You will be given the opportunity to attach your resume along with your online application.
  • Human Resource Partners at our various locations will review your application and will identify those candidates whose skills and experience are the best possible matches for each position. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted for an appointment time.

o   The interview process will likely vary based on the position for which you have applied. 

o   Due to the large number of applications received for some positions, we are unable to interview every qualified applicant.  We will do our best to promptly advise you of the status of your application.

  • Some positions may require testing.  You will be advised if testing is required prior to the interview process.
  • If an offer is extended to you, a pre-employment health assessment, drug screen, and background check (including a criminal history check) will be initiated for all external hires or re-hires.  Certain positions may require additional compliance checks (i.e., driving record, insurance validation, credit check).

 

Employment is contingent upon a successful pre-employment process, including the health assessment, drug screen and background checks.
