For these individuals, WesleyLife provides trained home health aides and home companions to assist in daily or weekly chores and help maintain and enhance quality of life at home.

• Transportation to social events and medical appointments

• Assistance with daily activities such as bathing, walking and exercise, and dressing

 

WesleyLife Home Care services are offered on a self-pay basis to individuals without a skilled care level of need.
