WesleyLife offers a variety of programs to help support the health and well-being of older adults. These programs, offered through the WesleyLife's home and community based services makes it convenient and easy for Iowans to help prevent disease, illness or injury, and maintain their health!
There are a number of illnesses, diseases and injuries that can be prevented through vaccination, early detection and other measures. Unfortunately, our busy lifestyles can make it difficult to carve out time for all the things we know we should do to keep our bodies healthy.
Thankfully, WesleyLife makes it easy to stay healthy by bringing the services you need right to you!
Health Screenings When and Where It’s Convenient for You
One call to WesleyLife is all it takes to arrange for a variety of screenings and clinics. Our experienced team of health professionals will travel to your Central Iowa business, club meeting, shopping center, church, school, senior living facility or other gathering place to provide on-site immunizations, tests and education.
Each year, at the Des Moines International Airport, WesleyLife makes sure that travelers get their flu shots every fall as we administer more than 1,000 flu vaccinations! Whether your group is in need of a vaccination or testing, or would like to welcome older adults to your location, Wesley Preventative Health is willing and able to serve you!
