This new service offering brings the optimal combination of Personal Assistants and Medicare skilled services to provide the most comprehensive in-home care to Cass County and the surrounding areas - 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.

Wesley Kindred Connection:

An extra hand is sometimes needed to facilitate day-to-day activities. Our Personal Assistants can provide help with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping and running
errands. We’re passionately committed to bringing security and wellbeing to our clients who wish to stay independent at home.

Wesley At Home:
