Mission and Values
We are WesleyLife. A nonprofit organization of people who work together to enrich the lives of others, and in turn, enrich our own lives. We strive to ensure every life is a life of value and dignity, and that all members of our family are able to pursue their dreams and realize their personal happiness.
We believe in the power of the spirit - both human and divine. It is our job to support that spirit and inspire others to lead healthier, happier lives. Toward that end, we offer an array of services that enable older adults to remain independent and active at home or in our retirement communities.
We strive to be the thread that binds together families through all generations - and provide them with the strength and support they need to maintain loving relationships.
At WesleyLife we celebrate life...and the spirit for living.
Wesley's Mission
Guided by Christian compassion, we support the independence, health and well-being of older adults wherever they call home.
Wesley's Core Values
At WesleyLife, we live our values in every decision we make. They guide our mission and help illuminate our purpose:
Quality — To provide superior service and high standards - which have always defined Wesley’s distinctive reputation. To be the best we can; Wesley encourages new ideas, the freedom to be creative and openly express thoughts.
Integrity — To value and demonstrate honesty, ethics and fairness in everything we say and do.
Dignity — To make a difference in lives by comforting, listening and treating everyone with sincerity and admiration. We promote independence, provide choices and work to make every day a special day for our residents.
Community — To continually strive to create a home in the truest sense - where the spirit of friendship, support and genuine respect among residents, families and staff runs deep. We value the contributions of all individuals and do everything possible to help each other grow and contribute.
Stewardship — To have a faithful responsibility to our residents, families, staff and community, and diligently use the resources with which we have been entrusted.
