In partnership with Pathway Health Services, this session will jump start your accident and incident risk management program within your organization. With the interview strategies required by MDS 3.0, attendees will learn how to identify, prevent and investigate incidents and accidents in an organization. This program is designed for organization and facility leadership relative to accident prevention. This program is intended for nurses and other health care providers and has been reviewed and approved by Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #359 for 7.2 contact hours.
